PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPY
Developmental care helping children with disabilities achieve optimal physical development and milestones. Specialised treatment involving movement and neuromuscular training strategies to help overcome their limitations.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and improves range of motion. It can help resolve many problems such as neck pain, low back pain, spinal and joint dysfunction, sciatica, migraines and tennis elbow.
DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND
Used as an adjunct or as point-of-care testing for clinical and research purposes. Typically used to evaluate and monitor musculoskeletal pathology, tendons, ligaments and muscle injuries and can help identify healing stages.
CUPPING
Cupping is a healing modality used for pain relief. Special cups are placed onto targeted areas of the body creating a vacuum or suction force. Although the theory of cupping is not fully understood it is thought to stimulate blood flow, improving circulation to the area being treated which aids the healing process.
WOMEN'S HEALTH

ERGONOMICS
Ergonomics is the scientific study of people at work. The goal of ergonomics is to reduce stress and eliminate injuries and disorders associated with the overuse of muscles, bad posture and repeated tasks.
MYOFISCAL RELEASE
Fascia is the connective tissue which connects the structures of the body. Trauma, pathology and surgery can alter the fibrous structure of fascia leading to fibrosis which can cause musculoskeletal dysfunction. Myofascial release is a technique used to relieve the tension, restore balance and help ease pain and improve function.
WHIPLASH INJURY
Whiplash-associated disorders can result in persistent neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, arm tingling and numbness and headaches. Due to the changes in motor behaviour and the complexity of muscular impairment it is essential to see an experienced therapist to avoid chronic and persisting symptoms.
TMJ DISORDERS
Physiotherapy aimed at addressing the TMJ by reducing pain and inflammation as well as addressing any other areas that may be a contributing factor.
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
Physiotherapy aimed at addressing the TMJ by reducing pain and inflammation as well as addressing any other areas that may be a contributing factor.
VERTIGO AND BPPV
BPPV is an inner ear disorder where changes to the position of the head can lead to symptoms of vertigo. Treatment involves a short, simple procedure known as Epley’s maneuver which repositions crystal particles in the inner ear helping to restore balance.
RUNNING ANALYSIS
Running Analysis is a method used to identify biomechanical abnormalities in running style. We analyze your movement patterns and load bearing tendencies which can be used to identify risk of injury. Once identified you can work with your Physiotherapist to rehabilitate the areas highlighted and retrain your gait.
PRE AND POST OPERATIVE REHABILITATION
Prehabilitation helps patients recover better after surgery with better coping strategies. Post op rehab works with patients to recover after surgery to gain back their functional status and independence.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage to helps promote healthy functioning of the musculoskeletal system by re-aligning soft tissue, breaking adhesions and improving the range of movement.
SPORTS MASSAGE
