Ben discovered Osteopathy at a very young age, while he was suffering from strong migraines. He developed further interest in it as a teenager when repeated sports injuries occurred. Taking his passion for osteopathy to the next level, Ben graduated from a 5 year full-time Osteopathic programme in France in 2013. In addition to obtaining his DO, Ben did a 2 years part-time study in the UK to further develop his knowledge and broaden his practice. Previously he has worked in Ireland and a holistic center in Vietnam.
After 6 years of practice, Ben has refined his Osteopathic diagnostic and treatment skills to a great level. Ben has had clinical rotations in hospitals, treating people after various surgeries. He has helped with pain reduction in a palliative care unit, and gained experience in a hospital’s pediatric surgery department. He has also treated people on major sports events like marathons, triathlons, and followed rugby and football teams among others.
With the great variety of techniques Ben is using, he is at ease with sporty people, expecting mothers, babies and older patients with symptoms ranging from acute pain to chronic disorders. He also has a great interest in posture, daily life habits or activities and their impact on the body. He uses his expertise to identify the origin of the problem and bring the patient back to his optimal health.
