Working to restore ease of movement and improve functionality in the full body, taking into account an area of pain, injury or immobility. Using different equipment to imitate stresses in daily life and basic human movement, we work to improve strength and mobility.

Pre & Post Natal

Working with the mum prior to the birth of her child to improve posture and ease pain or discomfort in her ever changing body, accommodating the baby inside. To then helping her restore strength, mobility and core function after the birth of her baby.

Fascia-Release

Fascia Release Movement and Massage

The webbing that holds us together (fascia) is often stuck in certain positions based on our movement habits, potentially causing pain. We can help identify these areas of unease and work to release them through massage and movement.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

Once the post surgical physiotherapy is complete (or in conjunction with) we take the body through strengthening exercises and stretching to help restore functional and easy pain-free movement.

Cranioscaral Therapy

A non invasive touch therapy that assist the body’s nervous system to come back to balance, and allow the body’s natural ability to heal itself. This can be used in cases of emotional and physical trauma, disease and body imbalances.

Deep Stretching

This approach will guide the client through stretches focussing on getting the best result through correct bone placement and stretch techniques. This will include hands-on assistance to allows areas of increased tightness to relax into the stretch better.
