Dr Priyanka Sainani has more than 7 years of experience as a Homeopathic Doctor in India and the UAE. She hails from a respected family of homeopathic doctors, with 3 generations of homeopathic practice in her family. Her father, who has had more than 50 years of practice, has been her guide and mentor.
With this background and early interest in homeopathy, Priyanka graduated in 2008 with Bachelors in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Dr DYP Medical College, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Pune (India). She qualified as a Public Health Nutritionist, with a postgraduate degree from Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi. She also has a Canadian-board accredited certification in Nutrition and Sports’ Nutrition, and has completed advance level courses in diet and nutrition, accredited by the Association of Nutritionists, UK.
Priyanka strongly believes that conditions like PCOS, fibroid, IBS, gastric reflux disease, gout and other metabolic diseases will yield better results with homeopathic treatment if also integrated with strong nutritional counselling. She provides guidance to her patients to include various kinds of diet for a given condition e.g. anti-inflammatory, alkaline and detox based diet, etc.
She has successfully managed cases of PCOD, menstrual irregularities, chronic anemia, postpartum ailments, allergic rhinitis, pharyngitis, chronic bronchitis, pustular acne, eczema and hair loss, to name a few. During the course of her career, she has also worked in the intensive care unit, gaining experience in acute clinical management.
Homeopathy being the core of her practice, she treats acute and chronic diseases, except contagious diseases and emergency cases. The sphere and scope of homeopathic treatment is broad and in general, Dr Priyanka can help with:
