The seva foundation

By ordering gifts of service, you can directly help people struggling for dignity, health and survival in Nepal, India, Tibet and Guatemala.

Imagine someone you love receiving the news that a blind person in Nepal will regain sight through a gift given in their name. It is a gift that will be appreciated for much longer than a tie or designer chocolates, and won’t be forgotten in a drawer. Gifts of service will remain alive in hearts and minds.

Anytime is a good time to link your chosen recipient as well as yourself, with Seva Service Society’s mission to prevent and relieve suffering and generate hope through compassionate action.

Himalayan healthcare

Himalayan Healthcare (HHC) is a non profit humanitarian organization which for the past ten years has been working with the people of the remote Dhading, Dolakha and Ilam Districts of Nepal to improve their lives through health, education, and income generation programmes. HHC also organises medical treks for foreign doctors to provide service and help train local manpower to support the health programme in these regions.

This project addresses a consciousness towards world ecology by assisting a developing country in supporting its local handicraft, by the use of recycled materials.

Because of the interconnectedness of all life, giving always comes back to oneself. Joining altogether in the search for goodness is the essence of love.

Why not join us?

Are you an enviornmentalist?

An environmentalist is any person who advocates or works to protect the air, water, animals, plants, and other natural resources from pollution or its effects. The OHC follows “green’ initiatives for recycling, and chemical free cleaning. We keep our premises spotlessly clean and germ free without the use of harmful chemicals. Would you like to learn to clean your home enviorment without the use of chemicals. If so please contact Karen Spiteri for a free demonstartion/talk on the use of Enjo micro-fibres for home cleaning. Karen 050-652-3301 or go to www.enjodubai.com

A firm believer in the three “R’s”(reduce, reuse and recycle) Karen Spiteri offers an alternative to these chemicals in the form of micro-fibre based cleaning. We have found that it is a quicker, more thorough, more cost effective, better-for-the-environment alternative to cleaning with chemicals.
